The HWC has benefited enormously from his expertise in survey technology. With his guidance and work, the Healthy Work Survey evolved from a simple survey form to a sophisticated data analysis and reporting system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mr. Segura, trained as a psychologist, is a specialist in occupational health and safety and the founder and Executive Director of the consulting company <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prax.com.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PRAX<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. His work has focused on the application of scientific knowledge for the development of organizational solutions using technology.
