Sebastian Segura<\/strong> is an associate with the HWC and has led the team in developing and supporting the technology for the Healthy Work Survey. The HWC has benefited enormously from his expertise in survey technology. With his guidance and work, the Healthy Work Survey evolved from a simple survey form to a sophisticated data analysis and reporting system.<\/span><\/p>\n Mr. Segura, trained as a psychologist, is a specialist in occupational health and safety and the founder and Executive Director of the consulting company <\/span>PRAX<\/span><\/a>. His work has focused on the application of scientific knowledge for the development of organizational solutions using technology. With one of the systems that he designed and leads, more than 500,000 evaluations and 2,000 organizational diagnoses have been carried out.<\/span><\/p>\n
