O excelente relat\u00f3rio concentra-se em # de exposi\u00e7\u00f5es ocupacionais, mas n\u00e3o cont\u00e9m informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os riscos psicossociais ocupacionais do trabalho. \u00c9 muito importante que as informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre estressores do trabalho sejam adicionadas a pesquisas futuras, pois constituem a maior parte do risco de resultados negativos para a sa\u00fade entre os trabalhadores hoje.<\/p>\n<p>Os riscos psicossociais est\u00e3o intimamente relacionados aos fatores de risco tradicionais do local de trabalho e uma extens\u00e3o l\u00f3gica para eles. Exposi\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas como ru\u00eddo, produtos qu\u00edmicos e m\u00e1quinas podem se tornar riscos psicossociais quando s\u00e3o intensas e frequentes, obrigando os trabalhadores a ficarem vigilantes para evitar les\u00f5es ou acidentes. Essa forma de estressor \u00e9 chamada de vigil\u00e2ncia para evitar amea\u00e7as e \u00e9 comum em muitas ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es, como motoristas de \u00f4nibus. Outro ponto fundamental \u00e9 que as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho desde os anos 70 mudaram drasticamente com o decl\u00ednio da sindicaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Cada vez mais trabalhadores est\u00e3o expostos a jornadas de trabalho mais longas com condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho mais exigentes, contribuindo para estressores no trabalho, como tens\u00e3o no trabalho, resultado de demandas excessivas e pouco controle sobre os processos de trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>Essas mudan\u00e7as est\u00e3o contribuindo para tornar o trabalho mais estressante e aumentar os #&#039;s dos trabalhadores expostos a condi\u00e7\u00f5es psicossociais de trabalho nocivas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The State of California issued its annual report on Occupational Health Exposures at the workplace for 2019.
