A abordagem TWH tamb\u00e9m reconhece que:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; padding-left: 40px;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u2026o trabalho \u00e9 um <\/span><\/i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/social_determinants\/sdh_definition\/en\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">determinante social da sa\u00fade<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Fatores relacionados ao trabalho, como sal\u00e1rios, horas de trabalho, carga de trabalho, intera\u00e7\u00f5es com colegas de trabalho e supervisores e acesso a licen\u00e7a remunerada, impactam o bem-estar dos trabalhadores, suas fam\u00edlias e suas comunidades\u201d.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthywork.org\/pt\/\">Campanha Trabalho Saud\u00e1vel<\/a>, patrocinado pelo Centro de Epidemiologia Social, afiliado ao TWH, tamb\u00e9m parte do princ\u00edpio de que o trabalho \u00e9 um determinante social da sa\u00fade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>O que \u00e9 um determinante social da sa\u00fade?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pobreza, idade, g\u00eanero\/sexismo, ra\u00e7a\/racismo, localiza\u00e7\u00e3o geogr\u00e1fica\/nacionalidade e tipo de trabalho \u2013 essas s\u00e3o as condi\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas, sociais e econ\u00f4micas que afetam nossa sa\u00fade e causam desigualdade na sa\u00fade. Quanto menor sua renda, status ocupacional e riqueza, maior a probabilidade de voc\u00ea ter problemas de sa\u00fade mental, condi\u00e7\u00f5es cr\u00f4nicas de sa\u00fade e morrer mais jovem.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho e os riscos psicossociais desempenham um papel<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> na determina\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade, e tamb\u00e9m se cruzam com outros determinantes sociais. Por exemplo, pessoas de cor s\u00e3o encontradas desproporcionalmente em empregos de baixa remunera\u00e7\u00e3o.
