A ideia do Trabalho Decente, desenvolvida em 1999 pela Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional do Trabalho (OIT) da ONU, e conforme descrita num editorial da revista m\u00e9dica brit\u00e2nica de outubro de 2023, <em>A Lanceta<\/em>, inclui sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a no local de trabalho, rendimento justo, dignidade e igualdade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outros documentos da OIT especificam detalhes adicionais sobre Trabalho Decente:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o direito de organizar um sindicato e contratos de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">evitando trabalho prec\u00e1rio<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">evitar a segrega\u00e7\u00e3o ocupacional e a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o por g\u00e9nero, ra\u00e7a ou estatuto de migrante ou defici\u00eancia<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o desenvolvimento de habilidades<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">assist\u00eancia m\u00e9dica<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">benef\u00edcios de desemprego e les\u00f5es<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">horas de trabalho decentes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">licen\u00e7a remunerada e\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tempo para a fam\u00edlia e a vida pessoal.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre Trabalho Decente e trabalho saud\u00e1vel \u00e9 mais explorada em <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.apha.org\/Policies-and-Advocacy\/Public-Health-Policy-Statements\/Policy-Database\/2023\/01\/18\/Decent-Work-for-All\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">um documento de pol\u00edtica da American Public Health Association de 2022<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
